About the Position

The Workplace Services Manager, ANZ provides leadership and operational oversight for Workplace Services supporting BeOne Medicines’ AUS office, located in Sydney. Based in the Sydney office, the role is accountable for ensuring a safe, efficient, well-managed, and professional workplace environment that supports business operations and delivers a positive experience for employees and visitors. Regular on-site presence is required to manage daily workplace operations, respond to business needs, and maintain service standards. Key responsibilities include office administration, stationery and pantry management, vendor and building management, mail and shipping services, on-site events, employee communications, support for meeting hubs across other Australian cities, and coordination of property management activities in Australia.
