            Responsibilities Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health programs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. 
Assist in risk assessments and the development of safe work procedures. 
Monitor compliance with WSH regulations, company safety policies, and permit‑to‑work systems. 
Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training programs. 
Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with recommendations for preventive measures. 
Maintain safety records, permits, inspection reports, and other WSH documentation. 
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities on safety‑related matters. 
Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response planning.
