We’re on the lookout for a Workplace & Feelgood Expert to bring positive energy and smooth operations to our vibrant Barcelona office of 60+ employees!

As the face of our office, you’ll be the go‑to person for both our team and visitors – always ready with a smile and a helping hand. From handling front desk duties such as calls, mail, travel bookings, and office orders to making sure the workspace stays clean, organized, and welcoming, you’ll be essential to our daily rhythm.

What you’ll do

• Classical reception tasks, such as receiving and forwarding telephone calls, mail processing, purchasing & orders, travel bookings, etc.
• You are the first contact person for our employees and guests and always have an eye for cleanliness in the office.
