About the team

The Corporate Real Estate and Workplace team builds and runs the spaces and services that enable Zillow to do its best work. The Office Assistant serves as the face of the office and a key contributor to delivering a seamless, hospitality-driven workplace experience. As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, this role ensures smooth front-of-house operations while supporting day-to-day workplace services.
Working closely with the Workplace Manager, the individual in this role will help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment that reflects Zillow’s high standards for service and employee experience. As Zillow continues to evolve its workplace strategy and transition into new leased spaces, this role will have opportunities to grow and adapt, supporting new processes, services, and ways of working.
