We are looking for a Working Zone Leader - 2nd shift to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team. 

What You Will Do:

  • Read and follow schedules, while following standard work processes and adhering to all quality standards and safety rules
  • Identifies and implements improvement opportunities 
  • Identifies and provides coaching to member(s) within the area/zone when failures arise
