This is a global role focused on workforce budgeting, reforecasting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on headcount planning, accruals, budgets, and compensation expense forecasting. The role will partner closely with HR, Finance, and Business Managers to support planning cycles, deliver insightful analysis, and improve workforce planning processes and tools.
