POSITION SUMMARY

The Workforce Development & Partnerships Supervisor (Supervisor) provides oversight and coordination of workforce development initiatives, employment services, and employer partnerships. They are responsible for the strategic leadership and supervision of employment coaching and related services, workforce programming, and workforce partnership management. The Supervisor supports initiatives and efforts across all CLUES service locations and serves as a key resource for the success of program participants in achieving their goals to attain self-sufficiency through employment.
The Supervisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining activities to develop, locate, and secure job openings for clients in CLUES' Workforce and Career Development trainings. They conduct community outreach, employer and educational partnership development, and coordinate events as a way to provide and highlight employment-related resources.
