Responsibilities:
Set up and enter new claims into the claim management system, ensuring claim coding is correct and files are properly documented.
Perform critical claim technical tasks, including plant investigations and 3-point contacts.
Interview claimants, employers, medical professionals, legal counsel, and witnesses, and prepare thorough investigation summaries.
Prepare files for outside counsel. Assist in the management of all elements of claim files to reduce or maintain medical costs, lost time duration, and litigation expenses.
