Job Responsibilities
- Support configuration across Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionality based on business requirements - Troubleshoot system issues and partner with leads to identify root cause and resolution - Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, business processes, and system design decisions - Develop and execute test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and releases - Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including defect tracking and resolution - Assist in configuring and updating business processes, notifications, and system settings - Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and confirm expected system behavior - Ensure changes are documented and aligned to governance standards - Support release activities including regression testing and impact analysis - Participate in working sessions with project teams and functional leads
