Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant
Salary: PHP 50,000 PHP 60,000 (includes basic benefits, life and accident insurance, and HMO for employee)

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM specialist to join an HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Workday HCM (core module) and exposure to at least one additional module such as time tracking, absence, compensation, reporting, or benefits. Acceptable combinations include HCM + time tracking, HCM + benefits, or HCM + compensation.
This role focuses on data audits, governance, documentation, reporting, and process optimisation not Workday configuration or functional design. However, previous configuration experience and extended module knowledge are required to provide valuable insights when needed.
