Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience leading data conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.
Technical & Professional Qualifications - Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.
- Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load).
