PwC are celebrating a decade of successful Workday project delivery with major UK and global clients. To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for experienced Workday Adaptive GrowthLead to join our established and growing Workday Consulting Team.
What your days will look like:
Own multi-workstream Adaptive programmes (FP&A, workforce, revenue, capex/ops), from strategy and roadmap through design, build, deployment and adoption.
Define modelling standards (dimensions, versions, governance), integration patterns with Workday Financials/HR and reporting frameworks.
Lead executive workshops; challenge requirements and land business value cases; set delivery governance and quality bars across on/offshore teams.
Drive market growth: shape offerings, contribute to proposals, and build re-usable accelerators and industry content.
