Winding of electric motors through inserting copper wire coils and connecting the jumpers/lead cables.
Key Responsibilities:
Intermediate interpretation of motor specifications. (BOM and Winding Instruction Sheet)
Inserter: Intermediate inserting insulation and insulated copper wire coils into motor stator cores, according to specifications. Pre-form coil end turns with Rubber Mallet/forming peddles trim phase Separators
Connector: Intermediate level pre-Form end turns connect jumpers/ lead cable (Solder, Hydraulic or Air Crimper)
Hand lace winding end turn
Inspect to assure compliance with Quality Control criteria, and perform associated tasks, forming coils as needed
Provide help when needed in other manufacturing areas and cross train in other positions within the Coil
