Role ContextThe WHS Safety Manager - Engineering plays a critical role in reducing operational risk across high-volume logistics and fulfillment environments. The position works at the intersection of workplace health and safety, engineering design, construction, automation, real estate, maintenance, and operations. By reviewing new and existing sites, leading technical safety assessments, validating machinery and building design standards, and tracking corrective actions, the role helps create safer workplaces while supporting scalability, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a broad regional and international network.
