The Wholesale Merchandiser plays a critical role in transforming Pandora’s wholesale merchandising operating model, leading the transition from a financial fill rate approach to a product level, demand led forecasting and fulfilment model. Acting as the merchandising owner for wholesale partners, this role is responsible for establishing range architecture, embedding disciplined assortment guardrails, and driving forecast led order execution.
