**Job Description:**
Job duties include, but are not limited to:

**Safety and Health:**

+ Evaluate employee safe work practices according to ADM policies and procedures
+ Perform VBS observations
+ Conduct shift transition and huddle meetings on a daily basis
+ Actively attend all safety training and meetings as required

**Objective:**

+ Ensure a safe working environment for both employees and visitors

**Production:**

+ Support operation of the mill by transferring wheat through conveying systems to the mill.

**Quality:**

+ Perform all tasks in accordance with the plant’s quality parameters.
