What you’ll be doing

As Workforce Management Coordinator , you will serve as a key point of contact for workforce management inquiries, providing support and guidance to colleagues, managers, and team leaders.

• System Admin and First Line Support: act as a point of contact for WFM-related queries, assist colleagues with downloading the Dayforce App and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication, support onboarding of new starters with correct system setup (e.g., shift templates/rotations), and escalate system issues or user problems to the WFM lead.
• Time and Attendance Checks: assist managers with approving hours, managing exceptions, and resolving queries.
