Job scope: - Assesses patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine therapy needs
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and functional skills
- Provides rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities to enhance mobility, coordination, and independence
- Trains patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Educates patients and caregivers on techniques to improve safety and independence in daily activities
- Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts therapy plans accordingly
- Collaborates with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery
- Maintains accurate patient records and therapy documentation
