• Support planning and execution of well intervention operations
• Assist in maintaining well integrity and improving well performance
• Work closely with technical and field teams

Key Responsibilities

• Help design basic well intervention programmes
• Support technical analysis on well performance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field crews
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline
• Fresh graduates or <1 year experience
• Basic understanding of completions, well integrity, and drilling
• Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
