**Job Title: Welder (TIG / MIG)**

**Job Description**

This role focuses primarily on TIG welding stainless steel in a clean, stable production environment. You will work with a variety of material thicknesses and weld types, performing mostly small-batch, high-quality welds with minimal MIG work. Projects can repeat for several months and then change, offering both consistency and variety over time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components across a range of gauges, including mostly 7, 10, and 12 gauge, with some work on 14, 16, and 3/8 to 1/2 material.
+ Execute flat, overlap, outside, inside, and T welds according to specifications and quality standards.
+ Complete primarily small-batch welds, typically handling 1–4 piece welds at a time, and occasionally up to 10 pieces in a batch.
+ Use MIG welding on an as-needed, minimal basis to support production requirements.
