**Job Title: MIG Welder / Fabrication Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on MIG and flux core welding of primarily mild steel components, operating fabrication equipment, and assisting with production processes in a small, quiet shop environment. You will interpret blueprints, weld in all positions, and help ensure that finished products meet quality and safety standards while working closely with a small team on a single shift schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on primarily mild steel components (approximately 90% mild steel and 10% other materials).
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Weld in all positions to complete a variety of fabrication and production tasks.
