**Job Description**

This role focuses on MIG and flux core welding on carbon steel, with a strong emphasis on blueprint reading, grinding, beveling, and structural fabrication. You will support the teardown and repair of valves and related components while producing high-quality welds in a hands-on, industrial environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding and flux core welding on carbon steel components in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately to determine welding requirements, measurements, and fabrication details.
+ Carry out extensive grinding and beveling to prepare materials and weld joints, ensuring proper fit-up and finish.
