**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform safe and precise welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to support plant operations.
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and structural components.
+ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
+ Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to complete projects and repairs.
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Demonstrated welding proficiency using MIG, TIG, stick, and/or oxy-fuel techniques.
+ Ability to safely operate tools and equipment used in fabrication and repair.
