**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Welders of all Skill Levels** for projects located in the **Boise, ID area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$30+/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Execute welding tasks using one or more processes, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), or other applicable methods based on project requirements
+ Read blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to accurately fabricate, assemble, or repair metal components to specifications
+ Inspect completed welds for quality, maintain welding equipment, and follow all company safety procedures and applicable welding standards
+ Other tasks as assigned
