Engage in welding, standard assembly BPU or operating machine etc. for manufacturing machine units for customers. Provide input for planning and engineering. Monitor and report production abnormalities and take improvement/corrective actions under supervision. Teach and guide junior operators to improve their skills.

• Work in accordance with the requirements of the production process and work order, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Follow SOP and working instructions strictly.
• Conduct in-process checks according to quality requirements.
• Rework labor worksheets and submit them.
• Monitor and report abnormal situations in daily work.
• Participate in daily improvement activities.
• Guide and train junior operators.
