**Responsibilities**

+ Comply with the company/site safety rules.
+ Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
+ Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
+ Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
+ Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
+ Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
+ Assist with robotic welder.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
