JOB TITLE: Weekend Receptionist

LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent

SALARY: £13ph

TERM: Ongoing Temporary

HOURS: 8am to 4.30pm, Saturday & Sunday

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this local company in recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist. This is a weekend role working every Saturday and Sunday, however you must also be available to attend 3 days paid training during the week.

Key duties and requirements

• Based on reception, dealing with clients face to face.
• Taking enquiries from clients over email and the phone.
• Supporting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arranging appointments, sending invites via Outlook.
• Using multiple IT systems.
