📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare wedding proposals, quotations, budgets, and customized wedding packages for prospective clients

• Develop costing sheets, package pricing, and promotional offers

• Manage client inquiries and follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner

• Liaise with hotels, venues, and vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate favorable rates

• Coordinate wedding requirements between clients and external partners
