This role supports Navy Ships under the direction of Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) and serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Responsibilities:
Direct, oversee repair activities, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain the following:MK MOD 2 or MOD 4MK MOD 2 or MOD 3MK Gun MountsMKNight Vision DevicesCrew Served Weapons and MountsMagazine Sprinkler Systems (Fairmont, Consilium, FDAS)Provide technical support for procurement, installation, at-sea testing, preventive/corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems.Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent+ 4 years of related experience with MK MOD2 or MOD4Navy Gunner’s Mate “A” School graduate
