The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high-value financial advisors. This role delivers proactive, high-touch support, owns complex service and operational inquiries end-to-end, and ensures a seamless advisor experience.
You will
Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach
Own escalations from initiation to resolution
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
Provide expertise on broker-dealer and advisory operations
Identify trends and suggest process improvements
Deliver clear, structured communication and follow-through
