Location: GEORGETOWN, PULAU PINANG.

Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your main job is to understand what our clients need financially and help them choose the right gold products within our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship Manager, in customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Positive attitude and good problem‑solving skills.
• Quick learning ability and strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Excellent time‑management skills.Team player.
• Fluent in Malay (written and verbal). English or other languages is a bonus.
