Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Non Voice Account

Location: Pasig City, Quezon City

Salary: Up to PHP 30,000/month + incentives



Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner

Handle basic customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide occasional phone support for customer concerns

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service

Qualifications



Open for fresh college graduates (any course/ any level of attainment)

With or without BPO experience

Strong English communication skills (verbal/written)

Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne
