Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements. Lead, supervise, and develop plant personnel to promote a high-performance and safety-focused culture. Manage operational budgets, consumables, and cost-control initiatives. Analyse production and operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
