. Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility

. Replenish equipment in the correct areas after washing and drying

. Clean up any spills to ensure kitchen floor remain dry

. Notify the Manager if the dishwash machine or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures

. Contribute to quality improvement teams aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing wastage, and streamlining stewarding processes
