We are seeking an experienced Warranty & Costing Clerk / Administrator to join our well-established motor dealership in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, service costing, and ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, supporting our fast-paced service department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in warranty administration and service costing
- Experience within a motor dealership or franchise dealership environment is essential
- Strong understanding of OEM warranty policies, procedures, and service cost structures
- Proficiency in dealer management systems (DMS)
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced service department
