Role: Warehouse Team Leader - AM Shift

Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Days/Shifts: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (37.5 per week)

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to fulfil customer demand and meet business targets.
• Train and develop warehouse operatives within your area.
• Ensure accurate stock records, inventory management, and regular stock takes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate computerised or automated systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement recommendations.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports and statistics as required.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, and manual handling procedures are followed.
