**Job Description**

The Warehouse Supervisor role at UVA is more than a physical warehouse position. This role is expected to support the daily operation through leadership, organization, accountability, and strong inventory/system management. The ideal candidate must be able to lead staff on the floor while also being comfortable working on a computer for a large portion of the day, especially as it relates to the inventory management system and other operational needs.The Warehouse Supervisor must be computer literate and willing to continue learning new systems and processes. A major part of this role will involve the inventory management system, including inventory tracking, transfers, receiving, count accuracy, item organization, reporting, and overall system upkeep.
