Job Description Inbound Operations: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against move transfer orders initiated from main warehouse.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock into the inventory system.
Coordinate with counterparts in main warehouse and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or damages. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and maintain high accuracy across all SKUs.
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
Implement and maintain proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Identify slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and take corrective actions. Outbound Operations Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain quality control standards to minimize errors and returns. Process Optimization & Reporting Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
