Must Haves:

• 2–3+ years of warehouse team supervision (leading 10–25+ associates in high‑volume distribution)
• Proven experience assigning labor , setting daily plans , managing start-up / shift handoff / end-of-shift routines
• Demonstrated results managing productivity, accuracy, safety, quality, and attendance KPIs
• Hands-on experience in order selection, palletizing, cycle counts, loading , RF scanning, and WMS usage
• Ability to coach, train, and develop associates; conduct corrective action and performance reviews
• Strong safety leadership (LOTO, PIT environments, near-miss reporting, root-cause & corrective actions)
