The Warehouse Lead oversees warehouse operations during the mid-afternoon or night shifts, ensuring efficient preparation, loading, and inventory management while maintaining safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and organize product loads for bulk and side loading trucks. Troubleshoot issues during the shift and ensure load sheet accuracy. Train new employees on job tasks, safety rules, and federal regulations. Maintain effective communication and trust with staff and coworkers.
