Job Description
Responsible in efficient, safe, and compliant storage and handling of products.
Responsibilities: - Receiving raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods
- Inventory management (FIFO/FEFO, batch & lot tracking, expiry dates)
- Cold chain management (chilled/frozen storage)
- Food safety compliance (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, pest control)
- Warehouse layout & space optimization
- Picking, packing, and staging orders
- Managing warehouse staff and equipment
- Stock accuracy and cycle counts
- Managing product recalls at warehouse level
