Manage warehouse operations for Key Account customers (Tire & FMCG), including daily planning, order allocation, inventory control, WMS/OMS management, and warehouse space utilization.
Oversee operational reporting and KPI management, including inventory, inbound/outbound, BOE, allocation, and storage & handling reports.
Manage value‑added services (VAS) such as RFID labeling, GSO/EU labeling, MOIAT applications, repacking, palletization, and wrapping.
Plan and coordinate inbound/outbound activities, container movements, transportation arrangements, and delivery schedules.
Lead monthly closing and customer billing processes, including billing calculations, AR/AP reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Manage warehouse vendors and service providers, including contract management, cost control, manpower planning, and operational performance.
