Job Purpose

This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, quality, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods (bagged product).
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and optimal space utilisation.
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the warehouse.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Develop, monitor, and manage key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, order fulfilment times, cost per unit shipped, employee productivity, and safety incidents.
