Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure accurate loading of finished products and materials.
• Verify dispatch quantities against delivery documents.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Allocate duties to warehouse and loading staff.
• Monitor workforce productivity and discipline.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Report shortages, damages, and operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Dispatch, Logistics, or Loading Operations.
