            Responsibilities  Supervise and lead customer service and warehouse staff to fulfil customer orders efficiently 
Coordinate with customers via email and phone on documentation, administration, and issue resolution 
Monitor shipment clearance and ensure timely delivery operations 
Track and achieve KPIs for inbound and outbound warehouse activities 
Process customer billing and ensure invoices are issued promptly 
Extract, compile, and analyse data using Microsoft Office tools 
Enforce workplace safety practices and communicate safety updates to the team 
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy 
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency 
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
