            Job Description & Requirements  Assist to oversee warehouse physical operations and system functions effectively. 
Constantly monitor and update latest customer requirements in line with Company ISO. 
Be responsible to support day‑to‑day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties. 
Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution. 
Conduct Tool Box Meeting (TBM) before shift starts. Highlight important and latest information, goals and safety measurements to all staff. 
Ensure staff is trained and deployed accordingly to their respective departments and maximizing their full potential to produce quality workforce. 
Oversee warehouse operations are executed in a timely, quality and safely manner. 
Plan and set KPI targets for team to achieve constantly.
