Identify current and potential product discrepancy and damages, develop and execute recovery
Update the inventory status timely to ensure the timely supply of products can be fulfilled
Support and lead inventory counts and audits to validate inventory record and ensure Inventory accuracy
Support the process of order management, from receiving orders to timely and accurate delivery to customers
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to manage stock availability and movement
Posting of daily production and inventory transactions
Generate count reports (daily) and analyze/send data and reports
Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials
Make improvements to inventory storage example by consolidating SKU in multiple location by arrange the materials and equipment in categories, or analysing data and moving to a more suitable location
