Warehouse Coordination

• Schedule deliveries to avoid congestion in the warehouse area
• Inspect received products and sign the quality form
• Notify the Procurement and Logistics teams upon product arrival at the warehouse
• Create Item Received (IR) entries in NetSuite following product receipt
• Prepare Delivery Orders based on Sales Orders
• Coordinate demo deliveries with the Sales team
• Coordinate with Warehouse Assistants to ensure proper product storage and segregation
• Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse to prevent misplacement and ensure accurate inventory management
• Ensure products are available in the correct quantities and notify of any product arrivals, removals, and shortages
