This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfilment and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. The position involves coordinating closely with warehouse teams, managing inventory through the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and overseeing shipment activities for both inbound and outbound goods. The incumbent will also handle shipping documentation, customs coordination, and compliance processes while providing responsive customer support and resolving operational issues.
