Roles & Responsibilities - Attend to job requests received through email from customers and internal departments.
- Update job details, prepare basic records, and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with customers on scheduling, job progress, and general enquiries.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support administrative and other operational duties assigned by the team.
Requirements - At least 2 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse support, or customer service.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Organised, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willing to work at warehouse premises.
